Who We Are

We are a team of compassionate, genuine therapists who meet you with understanding, insight, and care.

We are dedicated to supporting you with warmth, authenticity, and respect.

We recognize that access to mental health care is shaped by systemic inequities, lived experiences, and changing life circumstances and engage in clinical practice understanding this and approach therapy through a de-colonial lens.

Rest assured that in our secure environment, you will be met with a personalized approach to guide you on your path to improved holistic well-being.

We specialize in many different forms of therapy and are influenced by a number of disciplines. Our approach is largely informed by training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Most importantly, we integrate the modalities that work best for you.

“Alisha has been an active and constant figure within my life. She has equipped me with the necessary tools throughout my adult life. Especially as I embark on this new chapter of parenting and starting a family.”
